A dining experience that combines fine cuisine with breathtaking vistas, Pasadena brings awe and amazement to every guest who dines here.

Pasadena is a historic waterfront upmarket venue that is well known as a function venue, boutique hotel and standalone restaurant. A stunning waterfront location right on Pittwater, it enjoys first-row views over the pretty waterway that is set between Australia's second-oldest national park and the stunning peninsula of the Northern Beaches. Even inside they fully embrace the stunning surroundings with a rustic, laid-back interior whose windows directly overlook Pittwater Bay.

As for the food, Australia's plentiful land and coastline inform the Italian-inspired menu. Your first glass of wine naturally demands a selection of appellation oysters with a dressing of your choice or an ocean trout crudo, king prawns from Yamba or seared scallops with celeriac and black pudding dust. As you can see, seafood plays a central role in their menu. But with so much coastline at their fingertips, it's not hard to see why.

Moving on to mains, seafood still steals the show with fresh linguine crowned with Moreton Bay bugs, prawns and tomatoes, a herb-crusted tuna steak with spritely sides, and market fish with seasonal vegetables. Australia's land also comes up with the goods. Enjoy supreme scotch fillet steak with a mash infused with beef dripping, and a tender chicken breast with zucchini and pressed potatoes. There are pizzas too, all graced with traditional toppings and available with a gluten free base. As for dessert, Italy and Western Europe are called upon for tiramisu and créme brûlée. Elegant food in a dreamy setting, Pasadena is a must-do for anyone in Sydney.
