Located beachside at The Spit in the upmarket North Shore suburb of Mosman in Sydney, St Siandra is an idyllic restaurant and events venue offering a permanent vacation ambience.

Overlooking a stunning blue-water beach and glittering private marina at Spit Bridge, the setting evokes an Amalfi Coast terrace. With a layout that is simultaneously open and airy yet intimate, St Siandra cultivates a beach club feel through Nantucket-style wooden cladding and crisp white drapery. This sunny aesthetic is enhanced by 180 degrees of windows and glass doors facing the beach and marina waters, leaving guests with the distinct impression of being on a luxury yacht.

A day of sunbathing and swimming in paradise leads to St Siandra, perfect for midday to evening savoury delights. For lunch, tantalising small plates include Sydney rock oyster with burnt onion oil and Yarra Valley trout caviar, or Angus beef pastrami with vibrant salsa verde and stracciatella. Evenings invite indulgence with larger plates such as the flavourful eggplant katsu accompanied by soft herbs, or robust hanger skewers alongside vibrant green olive salsa. Generous sharing plates include the whole roast chicken, perfected with pearl onion, radicchio, and a luxurious jus gras.

With carefree spritzes and stunning local wines, St Siandra's seasonal produce and seafood ensure an Amalfi Coast reunion for both palate and spirit.
