Shanghai Club brings a contemporary Chinese sensibility to the North Shore suburbs of Sydney. Flavours nod to Shanghai while wandering confidently into broader Asian and Western influences.

The opening cues are unmistakably convivial. Enjoy handmade spring rolls, crisp and golden, with fillings ranging from prawn and garlic chives to wagyu with caramelised onion. Baby cos wraps keep things light yet indulgent, layering five-spice chicken mince or braised pork belly with a soft, savoury heat.

From there, the grill takes centre stage. You'll find grilled king prawns glossed with XO butter and a show-stopping 1kg T-bone steak finished with black pepper jus. Dessert keeps the playful spirit alive with a hot apple and rhubarb spring roll or a silken chocolate mousse brightened by lychee compote.

You are invited to gather friends, bring an appetite, and let the conversation and the steam rise.
