S'more Restaurant is the North Shore dining spot from Big Sam Young and Grace Chen, the duo behind Super Banana. Known for their haute lockdown meal kits and private catering, they bring the same creativity and precision to a relaxed room where playful technique meets quality produce.
The menu blends French bistro instincts with a deft Asian twist. Sydney rock oysters are brightened with kumquat mignonette, grilled sea scallops arrive glazed in café de s'more butter, and 2GR beef tartare comes with a golden potato crisp and an optional caviar bump.
Larger plates keep the energy flowing. Live local lobster pasta shines in all its silken glory, while a 2GR full-blood wagyu bone-in rib eye is built for sharing. Glacier51 toothfish is served with black bean and shimeji, and crispy skin roast chicken comes with parsnip and black pepper sauce.
