breakfast

A delightful breakfast spot in Sydney's darling borough St Peter's, Copper Cafe has to be one of the cutest, friendliest, cosiest spots for miles around.

Modelled after a rustic wooden tavern, Copper Cafe ups the country living vibe with a charming mix of natural materials. First, we have the all-wooden bar set against a warm backdrop of exposed brick and leafy greens, evoking that European farmhouse tradition and creating an inviting space for diners to re-energise for the day ahead.

How do you like your eggs in the morning? Well, at Copper Cafe, the possibilities are endless with organic farm eggs prepared your way, the bacon croissant benedict that pairs perfectly poached eggs with the classic French pastry, and the vegetarian munchskins, so called because it cures all ravenous tummies with poached eggs in baked potato skins, grilled mushrooms, avo and halloumi. Now that's definitely new!

Alternatively, you can go down the Italian route with a touch of breakfast bruschetta. Topped with anything from creamy avo to Persian feta, poached eggs, homemade pesto, smoked salmon and heirloom tomatoes, these elegant bites are for everyone. And don't forget to rehydrate, either! Thanks to their homemade smoothies, juices, milkshakes and freshly ground coffees, you'll be sweet as until lunchtime.
