In Sydney’s Inner West, Délice channels Saigon soul with a modern, energetic spirit. It's Vietnamese cuisine reframed: tradition at its heart, contemporary flair at its edges.

A welcoming atmosphere and a lively tempo set the scene for everything from impromptu catch-ups to generous group gatherings.

At the table, the kitchen leans into deep, soulful flavours: 12-hour beef-broth phở, herb-bright vermicelli and chargrilled pork nod to the classics. Then come the playful detours - a soft-centred scotch egg wrapped in seasoned pork mince with chilli flake mayo, pani puri crowned with pan-seared scallop and sweet corn, and a charcoal-grilled steak finished with mushroom pho jus.

Seafood finds its groove too, with crispy-skin salmon glossed in the cheekily named Délice Tê Tái sauce.

Meanwhile, lighter, plant-forward plates keep pace, from vegan glass noodles tossed with mushrooms and a garlic soy glaze to a refreshing vermicelli salad.

For hands-on fun, the grilled pork bánh mì kit invites table-side assembly, while Saigon glass noodles thread together prawns, pork and unmistakable street-market aromatics.

Secure a spot, bring your appetite, and let Délice dial up the flavour - one sip, slurp and smile at a time!
