We Three Bar is Marrickville's hidden gem - a warm and inviting spot where friendly staff, cosy vibes, and top-notch hospitality come together. Whether you're here for a relaxed evening with friends, a date night, or just to unwind after a long day, We Three is the perfect place to enjoy delicious food, craft drinks, and great conversation.

The menu at We Three is thoughtfully designed and is broken down into various sections, ensuring there's something to please every palate. Begin with some antipasto, where options include warm Sicilian olives with fennel seed and cured fennel, or Prosciutto with pickled eschallot. For something a bit more substantial, opt for one of the medium plates, such as seared chorizo with red wine reduction, or charred octopus with samphire and burnt orange.

Pasta lovers, you're in for a real treat! The braised lamb shank ragu with pappardelle, caramelised carrot, and chevre is a must-try, as is the spaghetti puttanesca with anchovies, capers, and grana padano. Be sure to save room for dessert - think chocolate terrine with salted caramel and honeycomb.

As for the drinks, expect top-quality wines, international and local beers, refreshing cocktails, and other spirits. So come and discover We Three Bar for yourself and become part of the friendly We Three family, where you're always guaranteed a memorable experience.
