The bar offers a full spread of house favourites and exclusive drops. The 2025 Fizz showcases Shiraz from the Central Ranges with buoyant fruit and verve, while the 2025 Rosé blends Shiraz and Grenache from the Riverland for a sun-kissed, crushable pour. Zzvino by Doom Juice Wine keeps things bright at under 0.5% ABV for the zero-to-low crowd, and local legends Heaps Normal provide their XPA from nearby Marrickville.

Snacks are purpose-built for lingering, like the fish and chips reimagined as wild-caught Italian chilli oil sardines with sea salt crisps. Alternatively, sea salt crisps come topped with prosciutto, guindillas, and Manchego, with an optional drizzle of hot chilli honey.

Longer conversations suit a larger spread of snacks. You can choose a charcuterie "flat salad" layered with prosciutto, Wagyu beef bresaola, Manchego, Lavosh, and guindillas. A mezze plate offers dolmades, pickled turnips, mulled wine pickled grapes, and guindillas.
