Head to Mojo by Australian chef and restaurateur, Luke Mangan. This sleek warehouse wine and tapas bar fits right in with the sass and artisan glory of Sydney’s Waterloo precinct.
The menu pulls together dishes, flavours and culinary experiences from Luke Mangan’s restaurants around the world. Think small bites like truffle and parmesan fries, and freshly shucked oysters with soy, yuzu and ginger.
Then there’s bigger bites like the gluten free Kingfish sashimi with nam jim, coconut yoghurt and kaffir lime leaf and even bigger bites like Wagyu rump cap with spiced pumpkin puree, asparagus, dates, almond, bordelaise sauce (also gluten free).
