Masters of subtle seduction, Tiva is a late-night venue that maintains a quiet sophistication throughout the evening.

When it comes to Tiva, it pays to be in the know. They've created a classy underground vibe that has manifested through the cool greys that pervade throughout the entire establishment. From a slate-coloured marble bar to lounging sofas and cubby holes surrounded by gleaming corrugated iron, Tiva plays by its own rules when it comes to glamour.

What goes better with a Wasabi Margarita than some Pan-Asian nibbles? Employ your chopsticks for melt-in-the-mouth yellowfin tuna, lobster toast and fried eggplant that has been marinated in a mix of spices and soy sauce. The bigger plates again look to Asia for inspiration and have perfected fusion cooking with a Ranger's Valley wagyu steak with wasabi, southern calamari with a peanut dipping sauce and roast duck.

And if you thought that was the end of innovation, you obviously haven't seen their chocolate menu yet. Here, sweet treats like yuzu caramel and apricot wasabi come with wine and cocktail pairings for the most elegant finisher.
