Welcome to Masala Theory, where Sydney's spice scene gets a 'curry-ous' twist of glamour.

This chic Surry Hills hotspot mixes the rustic with Bollywood, boasting an interior as colourful as its clientele. The intriguingly funky décor, full of streetside tables, brings a dash of the Indian street vibe to the heart of Sydney, making every guest feel like a star with a wall adorned with signatures from cricketing legends and Bollywood celebrities.

Their menu is a vibrant symphony of traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist. For starters, their Deconstructed Samosa brings a playful reinterpretation to a classic street food favourite, while their "Curry Bombs" are their unique signature dish and will have you savouring every tangy, spicy bite.

Come lunch or dinner, prepare your taste buds for the likes of their unique creation of Lehsuni Strawberry Chicken or their Bhatti Butter Chicken, a comforting classic reimagined for the modern palate. Each dish at Masala Theory is an immersive journey, one that will have you relishing the rich, warm flavours of Indian cuisine, all while sitting street side or inside their funky restaurant in trendy Surry Hills.

No meal at Masala Theory would be complete without their signature cocktail or two. Try their Mumbai Margarita a clever blend of East meets West and end your meal with their Drunk Gulab Jamuns which are not simply the traditional ones, but soaked in dark rum. As a beloved hub for Foodies, Celebs, International Cricketers and those who simply enjoy exceptional cuisine, Masala Theory is not just a meal, it's an experience - a spicy spectacle that adds a 'tadka' of excitement to Sydney's dining scene.
