Wave those blues goodbye at Blue Brew Café in Redfern.

This restaurant is a dynamic venue near the heart of the city. Glossy black tiles complement matte concrete finishes for a modern aesthetic that’s reflected in the breakfast and lunch menus.

Sit back and watch the heart of Sydney pass you by as you indulge in some fine breakfast cuisine. Modern classics sit aside new favourites such as the blue bowl, an Asian twist on this contemporary dish featuring edamame and shitake alongside quinoa and eggs.

Lunch further explores this flavour fusion. Think soba noodles and chilli rice alongside beef burgers and roast pumpkin salad. You’ll be truly spoilt for choice.

Alongside the food, the coffee at Blue Brew Café has diners raving. Choose from single origin or paradox blend and let the expert team of baristas prepare the beans with care. Smoothies, juices, teas and kombucha are also available.
