The journey begins with pampushky, soft pull-apart bread glossed with garlic butter, and varenyky, handmade dumplings plump with comforting fillings. Mains nod to classics with a spirited twist: The ‘Kyiv’ Kyiv arrives as a golden chicken schnitzel hiding garlic butter within, brightened by pickle slaw, while beef goulash simmers long and slow in tomato paprika sauce, ladled beside creamy mash.
