Norcino is a Sydney trattoria and deli by Arnolfo Raimondi and the Norcino team, steeped in a Roman family story that began in 1880.

Step inside and the city recedes: the mood is familial and unhurried, the focus on craftsmanship, honesty and the pleasure of great food shared in good company. It's a place that brings Rome a little closer, where tradition guides the hand and the details speak softly.

In the kitchen, patience rules. Guanciale, porchetta, fresh and naturally dry-aged sausages, and coppa Romana are made in-house with natural ingredients only, entirely free from nitrates, preservatives and additives.

Every slice and sizzle reflects an ethic of quality over shortcuts - the kind of care that turns simple things into something memorable. Shelves in the deli carry these same artisanal meats, sauces and produce.

The menu reads as a love letter to Rome’s timeless dishes: carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and gricia, cooked with quiet confidence. There are savoury openings such as Wagyu tonnato and polpette di Wagyu e salsiccia, and secondi like porchetta or a bistecchina di manzo to linger over.

For those seeking Roman soul in the heart of Sydney, this is a table to savour - a gentle invitation to slow down and magna che te passa!
