dinner

For over 22 years, Santorini on Oxford has been a cherished fixture of Sydney’s dining scene.

Under the warm guidance of owner Dimitrios Laskos, the restaurant champions connection just as much as cuisine - pairing generous plates with a deep passion ensures every meal adds to a lifetime of shared memories.

Rooted in Greece’s sunlit simplicity, this menu highlights bright flavours across a beautiful progression of dishes. Start with crispy tyropita and a fresh Greek salad before diving into coastal favourites like charred calamari and charcoal octopus.

With king prawns kataifi bringing a unique texture and mains like chicken souvlaki and slow-roasted kleftiko offering pure comfort, it’s a lineup built on a deep love for the classics.

Sweet things deserve lingering over, whether it's the semolina-rich galaktoboureko wrapped in shattering pastry, or a luscious ekmek kataifi layered with custard and cream.

The atmosphere is vibrant and beautifully unhurried - so round up your favourite people and let the evening at Santorini on Oxford transport you straight to the Greek islands!
