36 Bistro and Bar offers a vibrant atmosphere where guests can enjoy a variety of international flavours with a distinctly local Australian touch. Located on the ground floor of the iconic Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, the restaurant evokes a mood of connectedness, where socialising can be enjoyed without disruption. The menu pairs the finest Australian produce with flavours from Spain, Turkey, Australia and India.

The inspiration behind 36 Bistro and Bar was the demand for people wanting to feel connected with those around them. This relaxed setting will turn an easy but impressive dinner into something extra special, and with ultra-comfortable seating both inside and out, they’ve got the perfect spot for you to explore all the tastes of the world together.

The restaurant's a la carte dinner menu fits with its sociable theme by offering a tapas-style sharing menu. Be sure to save room for dessert, where you’ll find much-loved favourites such as sticky date pudding and churros with dipping sauces or try the chef’s signature kaffir lime panna cotta, a mouth-watering way to finish off your meal. There’s no other place to be with dishes to share and a collective experience to create - the international, yet local heart of Sydney’s vibrant city.
