Located in the swanky new Marriott, Silvester's pays homage to the Silvester Brothers, two of Sydney’s earliest butchers, who once owned the space the restaurant now occupies. The restaurant sits up to 120 and has sleek and modern décor, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
