Lotus Dumpling Bar at Circular Quay offers a relaxed yet stylish dining experience, perfect for a variety of occasions. Whether it’s a casual catch-up with friends or a family gathering, the venue provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a strong focus on good times and exceptional food and drink pairings.

Start your culinary journey with a selection of delicious starters. The wok-fried edamame offers a simple yet satisfying bite, while the snapper ceviche, complemented by a zesty citrus dressing, is guaranteed to awaken your taste buds.

The menu is anchored by an extensive dumpling selection, brimming with choice. A visit here wouldn’t be complete without the iconic xiao long bao – delicate pork dumplings filled with a rich, steamed consommé that have earned their reputation across the dumpling world.

To finish, Lotus Dumpling Bar’s take on a classic delivers a playful twist – the fried vanilla ice cream served with a rich chocolate ganache sauce is an indulgent and memorable end to an already exceptional meal.
