Fish House Steak and Grill brings a polished slice of coastal life to Mooloolaba, where beachside ease meets a touch of luxury. Conceived by Todd and Kristine Young of the Bella Venezia Group, the restaurant champions a high-quality, sustainable approach, weaving the Sunshine Coast’s finest produce with a subtle Japanese influence.

From the land, wagyu delivers both indulgence and finesse. A wagyu cornet arrives glossed with smoked chilli teriyaki, while the sanchoku pure wagyu rib fillet showcases mb10+ richness, with its grain-fed depth creating a buttery texture and lingering savour.

The sea offering is just as refined. A Mooloolaba tuna cornet brings a burst of freshness, while quick-smoked Mooloolaba yellowfin tuna sashimi is elevated with leek and wasabi purée and a delicate touch of toszasu. Petit fours offer a neat and classic finish.
