Cuisine: Mediterranean
Price Point: Mains from $15 - $35

Its name might be Little Way, but its food goes a long way...

Its fantastic location on Broadway affords it plenty of character. The heritage building is full of rustic tables, glass shutters and quaint doors that open onto a stunning courtyard. You can also watch the world go by at one of their street-side tables.

The menu focuses on healthy plates that are made with fresh, local ingredients. Their mains are full and bold with plenty of innovative pairings. Try their pork belly that comes with a divine crab and sweet corn croquette, or the lamb rump with mint cous cous and feta. If you're after a real health kick, the warm salmon salad has plenty of crunch with added coconut and pineapple!

And with enough cocktails, bottled beers and draught beers to sink a ship, make the most of the 90 minute dining time with a cheeky tipple!

We had a delicious dinner with great ambience and service to match it last night at Little Way. Jordan and his female counterpart were friendly, attentive and very accommodating. The mixed entre was scrumptious and we shared all the main dishes too so got to taste all the favours of the delicious menu offers. Thank you for making our evening great.

5.30pm is not a time that springs to mind as an appropriate dinner hour for under-30s dining in a trendy Western-suburbs restaurant... But it worked for us! Little Way was already starting to hum with early diners when we arrived, and was bustling by 6.30pm. Our servers were polite, attentive and very willing to answer questions from the picky diners among our group of three. We shared a fab bottle of tempranillo and the vegetarian tasting board (so good and served quickly) to start. We then opted for three 'big plates' - the barramundi special, gnocchi and lamb shoulder. All were pretty delicious.

While the food was good, the best parts about Little Way are the atmosphere and decor. We had all dined there before (for breakfast, lunch and dinner!) and will continue to come back to 'drink and dine' in the bay windows or lush courtyard.

A great experience! So glad we found this little gem on First Table! We started with the tasting plate and cauliflower haloumi fritters. Holy moly, the crab/corn croquettes and smoky eggplant dip were the highlights - so so tasty! For mains we had the lamb shoulder, parmesan crusted pork curled and a side of greens.

Everything was so fresh, full of flavour beautifully presented and very generous portions. We could not fault the food at all, and the service was very pleasant.

Will definitely be back!

Excellent food, exactly the tastes you want from each dish and full of flavour.

For starters we had the tasting plate which had salt and pepper squid. I love seafood but I would usually never order this because I find places ruin the beauty of the seafood by frying it, but my friends ordered this and it was actually really lightly fried and allowed for the flavour and texture of the squid to shine through.

Mains were lamb shoulder, fish of the day (salmon) and fettucini shared between the 4 of us. I've only had pasta this good 2 other places in Perth. ACTUALLY cooked al dente. I can't fault any aspect of the mains.

For dessert I ordered the brulee rice pudding and tried the chocolate nemesis and meringue tart. All very intense flavours but really exactly what you want. The tart was finished easily, nemesis required some serious help and rice pudding was half finished. The rice pudding would easily serve 2 in my opinion and I'm a big eater!

Very impressed with this restaurant

We loved our first experience with first table. Little way is a lovely little gem and we enjoyed both, food and service. Also great for kids, there’s a drawing and toy station!

The carrot cake and wine was to die for. Main meal was good but felt the pumpkin was the main dish. Venue is beautifully decorated. Staff were wonderful and will be back.

Love the idea of first table! We had a great meal at little way. Great menu with a variety of small and big plates designed to share, good wine selection and cosy atmosphere. Definitely will come back here again.
I’m surprised more venues aren’t on First stable, it’s a win win

It was a cold night but the reception st Little way was warm and inviting.
The food was scrumptious and it was the best gnocchi I have ever had. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty options and particularly enjoyed the warm winter salad. The wine list is very adequate and the choices by the glass very accomodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant with its delicious food and great wait staff.

Food was excellent (especially the squid!) however service was a little inattentive. We were there on a Saturday night and the place wasn't even half full yet it was almost impossible to flag a wait staff (they were mostly hanging out in the bar area chatting amongst themselves) but when we did get their attention, the service provided by them was great. They just need to be more attentive of their customers needs. Will still return though as the food was great
