My first experience on booking through First Table. Food and service were excellent and ambience was good. Nice experience being served as the 1st table customers and the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing for us to fuss about and food was value for money especially 50% off. For a Tuesday night, the restaurant was packed. Would recommend anyone to try out St Michael 6003.

Originally just sussing out St Michael to see if they were able to prove GF for Coeliac Disease out of curiosity, the reply received was so thorough and attentive that we booked for the next available table.

The seven-course tasting menu was considered in its construction, clean in it's execution and simple in it's flavours. There was no need for excessive garnish or disguise, the produce spoke for itself in dishes that were equally surprising, comforting and delicious.

The service received only added to this experience further. Without having to remind the staff with each dish to check if it was GF (routine for those with coeliac disease) they beat me to it - with a confidence that put me at ease in their restaurant.

The co-ownership between St Michael and Petite Mort shine through the value of impeccable service, seasonal produce and degustation menus that guide you through a sublime eating experience from start to finish.

A total knock-out, we will inevitably be back!
