Criniti’s Karrinyup brings the soul of Italy to Perth’s north, where traditional recipes meet a contemporary flourish.

With a house credo of “when you are here, you are family - salute,” this multi-award-winning favourite channels a passion for quality into every plate, pairing generosity of spirit with polished service.

The table often begins with the antipasti: think chargrilled mortadella glossed with balsamic, peppery rocket and a whisper of parmigiano, or rustic bruschetta layered with prosciutto, ricotta, buffalo mozzarella and pesto.

Woodfired aromas weave through the room, promising the blistered crust and gentle smoke that define their craft. Pizzas carry both heart and character: the mortadella bianco finds harmony in mozzarella, spinach and pistachio, while the Azzurri balances mushrooms and prosciutto with effortless ease.

Pastas are classic and comforting, from spaghetti Bolognese or marinara to meatballs in rich sauce, with cannelloni offering that creamy, baked embrace of the old country.

The mood is warm, lively and made for sharing - an easygoing setting where family traditions are honoured, and modern tastes are welcomed. Settle in at Criniti’s Karrinyup for a slice of la dolce vita, Perth-style. Gather your favourites, raise a glass, and let the moment say “salute” for you.
