Bar-B-Q Nation brings a blaze of Indian flavour to Werribee, guided by the same team behind Melbourne’s pioneering Dilli6 food truck, which charmed locals for a decade. Here, culinary innovation meets the warmth of tradition, blending streetwise spirit with a restaurateur’s polish.

The signature experience is delightfully hands-on: a charcoal BBQ sits at every table, ready for guests to grill their selections just the way they like. With an unlimited feast offered for two hours, the focus is on abundance, freshness, and togetherness, turning dinner into a lively celebration.

Expect smoky skewers kissed by the coals, the bright crunch and tang of chaat, and slow-simmered curries layered with spice. Freshly baked tandoori breads arrive hot and blistered, perfect for scooping and sharing, while a daily dessert rounds off the experience with a touch of decadence.

Whether marking a moment or simply chasing midweek joy, Bar-B-Q Nation sets the scene for convivial dining. Pull up a chair, fire up the grill, and surrender to the sizzle.
