Superchido

Superchido brings a slice of modern Mexico to Melbourne’s Seddon, lighting up the neighbourhood since 2021. Neon glow, mural-splashed walls and a prickle of cactus set a colourful, upbeat tone, creating a space that feels instantly welcoming and full of energy.

The menu mirrors that vibrancy with food that is tasty, honest and heartfelt. Tacos take centre stage, from crisp beer-battered pescado with barramundi to softly spiced chicken tinga, finished with the deep, cheesy pull of quesotaco de birria.
