Jones Bar + Kitchen offers a relaxed all-day dining experience within DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne – Flinders Street, blending modern Australian cuisine with industrial-chic design. Expect brass, leather, and a lot of attention to detail, alongside a menu that changes with the seasons and a considered drinks list to match. Named after Flinders Street Station's first stationmaster, Jones is a nod to the history right next door.

Whether pausing between city moments or settling in for a lingering lunch, guests find a warm welcome and a plate that feels just right for right now. Book a table, watch the concourse hum, and make Jones Bar and Kitchen your next delicious stop.
