Thanks to Farro, it is easy to make a conscious choice when it’s time for favourite Italian treats. With pizzas and pasta that are nutritiously rich, this is Italian food for the here and now.

In keeping with a modern philosophy, Farro has created a contemporary space primed for relaxation and enjoyment. Crisp, uncluttered and playful, Farro Richmond is out to impress with its communal dining style that pairs long booths with bistro tables, making the joy of sharing pizza much easier. Combined with oversized lanterns, a plethora of greenery and whitewashed walls, the result is a revitalising space that murmurs with activity from noon to night.

Conscious eating is turning out to be very delicious indeed judging by Farro's menu. The organic spelt pizzas are a pride and joy, laden with seasonal vegetables, locally sourced meats, creamy buffalo mozzarella and, of course, lashings of herby tomato sauce. The menu also features white pizzas for anyone who wants the toppings to sing from the rooftops.

The kitchen is also putting a unique spin on pasta with an organic spelt range. Freshly made every day, it is topped with anything from slow-cooked lamb ragu, truffle cream and braised tomatoes to house-made pistachio pesto. With a winning vegan menu that has just as many options, Farro is the leader when it comes to making Italian food healthy and accessible!
