In a corner of The Metropole Hotel, now housing Melbourne Metropole Central Apartments, the former public bar has been lovingly converted into a local café with a french flair. Catering to the thriving vegan crowd in Fitzroy, the kitchen team went to great lengths to create a menu with all diets in mind. Don't worry, carnivores, there is plenty for you, too.
