Born of a post-surf chat between father and son back in 2006, 4 Pines X Boardriders Torquay brings the Manly microbrewery’s easygoing spirit to Torquay. The story’s grown, but the essentials remain: quality, award-winning beverages brewed for mates, and a steadfast promise to use business as a force for good, considering people, planet and community. Kick off with spiced chicken wings lacquered in a kick-ass sauce or crispy cauliflower bites dipped in kasundi and aioli. Freshness leads the charge in a Vietnamese rice noodle bowl with caramelised pork belly and a toasted cashew crumble, while a grilled halloumi salad pairs leafy crunch with beets, citrus and a honey mustard lift.
