Set within a beautifully renewed boiler house, 1915 is a contemporary restaurant that brings new life to a historic space. Centred on seasonal cooking and locally sourced produce, it delivers a thoughtful dining experience shaped by simplicity, balance, and a respect for quality ingredients.

The menu begins with small plates designed to spark the appetite, from Peking duck wraps to seared sesame tuna sashimi. A charcuterie selection brings together cured meats, 18-month aged French Comté, and cornichons for a rich and savoury spread.

Mains continue the story with comforting and flavour-driven dishes, including Portarlington mussels swimming in a south indian curry broth, served with Paddock Bakery focaccia to soak up every last drop. From the grill, a selection of premium cuts such as porterhouse, wagyu rump, scotch fillet, and club steak highlights the kitchen’s focus on quality. To finish, an Earl Grey panna cotta with lavender blueberries and almond crumb offers a delicate and fragrant close.
