Spice Bridge Restaurant and Bar

Spice Bridge Restaurant and Bar brings the warmth of India to the heart of Geelong CBD, balancing time-honoured recipes with a contemporary touch. The mood is vibrant and welcoming, ideal for everything from easy-going dinners and drinks with friends to family gatherings and special nights out. Aromatic spices take centre stage, with bold flavours layered and coaxed to life in the tandoor and on the stove.

From the glow of the clay oven come tandoori chicken and chicken tikka, smoky and tender. Samosa and paneer tikka set a lively tone before richer signatures such as butter chicken and lamb rogan josh arrive, fragrant and deeply satisfying. Seafood lovers will find prawn masala and fish curry, while vegetarians can settle into mushroom butter masala or malai kofta, all ready to meet jeera rice or a pillowy naan. There are biryani options, papad and raita for crunch and cool, and sweet endings of kulfi or gulab jamun. Little diners are looked after with simple comforts like fries and even chocolate naan, while vegan takes include channa masala and palak paneer.

Warm hospitality ties it all together, inviting guests to relax, linger, and return. Book a table, follow the spice trail, and let this Geelong Central favourite bridge you to a delicious night out.
