In Ettalong, Kinji Noodle and Rice does exactly what its name promises, celebrating the pure pleasure of two enduring staples. This is cooking with clarity and intent: bowls and plates built around noodles and rice, where texture, warmth and seasoning take centre stage, and comfort is the quiet through-line.

Here, the flavours lean into the deeply satisfying, with an emphasis on balance and clean, no-nonsense tastes. Think springy noodles given just the right bite, and rice cooked to that soothing, just-so finish - dishes crafted rather than complicated, letting each mouthful do the talking without fuss or frills.

Complementing the food, the mood suits the menu: relaxed, welcoming and unhurried, the kind of spot that makes everyday dining feel that little bit special. Whether settling in for a leisurely meal or keeping things quick and straightforward, guests will find an easy rhythm and a meal that meets the moment.

Ready to tuck in? Follow your cravings to Kinji Noodle and Rice, and come for the noodles, stay for the rice - or vice versa!
