In Trinity Park, Making The Dough celebrates the simple joy of dough made well and toppings that let flavour shine. The restaurant offers a relaxed, welcoming space where comfort and familiarity take centre stage.

On the menu, pizzas take pride of place. The margherita keeps things pure, while the Pompeii adds heat with hot cacciatore, capsicum, salami, and chilli. The salsiccia stands out with Italian pork sausage, rosemary, and cherry tomatoes. Crisp salads provide balance, from a house mix to a Caesar with crunch.

Pasta arrives in generous bowls, from rigatoni bolognese, with meat and herby tomato sauce clinging to every ridge, to a silky carbonara of bacon, egg, cream, and parmesan. To nibble and share, guests can enjoy garlic bread, bruschetta, and folded calzones filled with hearty ingredients.

Whether for a quick bite between errands or a leisurely catch-up, Making The Dough offers dishes that comfort, satisfy, and invite sharing. Guests are encouraged to take life one slice at a time.
