Food lovers in Woolloongabba can’t get enough of Fiasco’s Steakhouse in The Morrison Hotel. Famed for their tenderly cooked steak, Fiasco’s brings out the carnivore in everyone.

Their menu uses only the best premium Australian beef, with eight different cuts to choose from—including dry-aged rib on the bone and grade-6 Wagyu rump. But don't worry, they're not just a steakhouse! There is something for everyone to enjoy, with a delightful variety of authentically topped Italian wood-fired pizzas, starters to share, and delicious pasta dishes.

Throw in an excellent vegan and vegetarian offering, sensational pasta dishes, and those wonderfully thin-crust wood-fired pizzas, and Fiasco’s has it all covered. Going out as a group? There are plenty of sharing options, from classic garlic bread to their highly praised honey-baked brie. Coupled with an eclectic wine list and a variety of sumptuous desserts, save space for a sweet finale before toasting the night away in the bar until the early hours.

Staffed by passionate foodies, this is one Woolloongabba restaurant that strives to create the perfect dining experience for its guests.
