Brew and Spice by Masala Art brings a flavour-forward sensibility to Petrie Terrace, Brisbane, pairing well-crafted plates with confident, classic touches. Its name hints at warmth and zest, and that spirit runs through a menu that leans into satisfying, timeless combinations.

On the plate, richness meets restraint. Expect lamb tenderloins lifted by garlic and a red wine jus, a combination that feels both comforting and refined. A 300g ribeye steak arrives with peppercorn sauce on a bed of garden greens, the pepper lending gentle heat to a generous cut. It is food that favours balance and depth, letting good ingredients and familiar techniques speak clearly.

Glasses are just as considered. From a Dark and stormy mixed with Kraken Dark Rum to a classic Margarita, the bar keeps things bright, bold and beautifully sippable—ideal companions to those savoury, sauce-led mains.

Set your sights on Petrie Terrace and settle in for a meal where flavour takes the lead and the details are dialled in. Book a table, bring good company, and let dinner roll on deliciously—with spice in its step.
