Set in the heart of leafy Spring Hill, Parklands Social is a neighbourhood deli and grill shaped by the golden age of New York’s social clubs.

The room is designed for conversation - long lunches give way to late evenings, and connection develops over time. The pace is unhurried, the atmosphere warms, and no one is ever in a rush to leave.

Led by Executive Chef Matthew Glover, the menu draws on New York’s most iconic traditions - reimagined with Queensland produce and a focus on seasonality.

Signature dishes include house-made focaccia, chicken broth with matzo ball dumplings, and the Little Joe’s NY strip with celeriac purée, charred scallion, and café de Paris butter - alongside a classic New York cheesecake to finish.
