At The Summit in Mount Coot-tha, the timeless ritual of high tea takes centre stage. Thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented, this experience celebrates delicate bites, refined flavours, and a touch of indulgence.

The menu evolves with the seasons, allowing the kitchen to showcase the best ingredients. You can expect a rotating selection that balances nostalgia with elegance, where classic teatime favourites are refreshed with seasonal produce and a polished finish.

Each petit four is crafted with care, creating a spread that feels both comforting and elevated. Warm, buttery homemade scones are served with jams and creams, while savoury sandwiches provide a filling contrast to the sweet delicacies.

Paired with sweeping views and unhurried conversation, this high tea is designed to be savoured slowly. You can make a date with simple pleasures and let the small details shine. Reserve your moment at The Summit to enjoy a true high point on a plate.
