Vietnam House was founded by Head Chef Hoa Nguyen. She grew up besides the golden rice paddies of Mekong Delta, and learnt to cook traditional Vietnamese cuisine from an early age.
Now, she brings the recipes of her homeland to Brisbane, where she opened Vietnam House. A warm and welcoming restaurant, this is a local hotspot for authentic food.
The menu offers fresh salads, steaming Phở, soups and noodles, as well as marinated meats, spiced seafood and vegetarian options. Try one of their speciality dishes, like the lemongrass beef, or the char grilled barramundi.
