Pata Negra might be located at a stunning new site in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, but you wouldn't be alone in thinking you'd been transported to the quirky side streets of Madrid or Barcelona. Where delicious sharing plates pull friends and family together, create some wonderful memories at this authentic Spanish eatery.

Brimming with personality and fun, Pata Negra draws its bubbly energy from its communal dining style and warm hospitality. Taking its aesthetic cues from traditional Spanish bistros, this cosy little hideaway boasts a beautiful rustic bar, a romantic patio and live music nights, where you'll hear the saucy hum of flamenco drifting through the whole establishment.

Now, at this particular joint, the best things in life are shared. That's why their tapas menu is designed to delight and surprise, encouraging you to help yourself to a bit of everything. From contemporary innovations like the paella bombs to eggplant fingers with goat's cheese, and ultra-traditional offerings like Spanish meatballs, spicy chorizo and patatas bravas. The array of flavours and textures brings the country alive in the most mesmerising way.

Of course, the absolute head-turner has to be the paella. Served in a traditional pan of epic proportions, this sun-like offering is the beginning of a new, delicious dawn. Round off in the most suitable way possible: with some handmade churros. Served with a bowl of glossy chocolate, get your dunk on alongside your last glass of sangria. Anything goes at Pata Negra!
