dinner

In Carseldine, Tantulli’s Italian pays homage to the timeless pleasures of Italian cooking. This is food built on freshness and balance, where generous plates and familiar aromas set the scene for lingering conversation.

Pizzas lead the way with comforting clarity. A Margherita lets tomato, mozzarella and basil do the talking, while the Diavola turns up the tempo with Calabrese salami and a gentle lick of heat. From the antipasti, warm garlic and herb focaccia begs to be torn, and chilli prawns bring a bright, savoury kick.

The kitchen keeps to beloved rhythms - spaghetti bolognese is robust and reassuring, and alfredo penne layers chicken and broccoli in a creamy embrace. Lighter moments arrive in the rocket salad with roasted pumpkin and cranberries, or a simple spinach salad - sides such as chips and aioli or potato wedges keep everyone content.

Easy-going and unpretentious, Tantulli’s Italian suits family gatherings, friendly catchups and casual date nights alike. Take a seat, follow the aromas, and let the classics do what they do best.
