Seaside Shahi Indian Restaurant - Albion Park brings the coastal spirit of Shellharbour and Wollongong to the warmth of North Indian hospitality. Inside, opulent touches meet laid-back seaside ease - the air is rich with aromatic spices and the promise of attentive service, setting the tone for unhurried, flavour-led dining.

In the kitchen, tradition takes centre stage. The tandoor lends its signature smokiness to favourites like chicken tikka and tandoori chicken, while slow-cooked curries deliver depth and comfort: think silky butter chicken, Kashmiri-leaning lamb rogan josh, homestyle desi murga and a luxuriant lamb shank korma. From the shoreline, prawn Malibu folds coconut richness into gentle heat.

Vegetarians are well looked after, from crisp samosas and charred paneer tikka to the soothing embrace of dal tadka and palak paneer. A playful Indo-Chinese section brings chilli chicken and veg fried rice to the table, while baskets of naan and laccha paratha are made for tearing and sharing.

To complete the meal, papadums and mango chutney add crunch and brightness, while classic sweets - gulab jamun and ras malai - close the curtain on a high note.

With coastal calm in its step and a generous welcome, Seaside Shahi invites diners to settle in, savour, and linger.
