dinner

Situated in the heart of Baulkham Hills, Quoi Dining is an elegant restaurant that invites guests to indulge in a unique and inspired menu.

Behind it all is dedicated chef and restaurateur Joshua Mason, who is passionate about taking diners on a journey through the seasons. It’s all about creating a memorable atmosphere and a dining experience that leaves guests with full stomachs and even fuller hearts.

Quoi Dining’s menu reflects the warmth of autumn, the comforting dishes we often crave in winter, and the freshness found in summer produce. With a focus on rare and beautiful ingredients, it’s a dining experience that goes beyond taste and aroma, aiming to create harmony through the perfect combination of flavours and textures.

It’s all about balance: from the ambience to the carefully curated selection of premium dishes on offer. Begin your journey with their selection of starters or canapés from the smooth, buttery duck and port pâté to the beef tartare served with fluffy brioche.

The mushroom truffle risotto is earthy, umami-led, and indulgent, while the côte de boeuf, served atop a silky pomme purée, features perfect marbling that melts in your mouth. Both are popular fixtures, each as much a work of art as they are delicious. Using fresh and foraged ingredients from local growers, the menu is as seasonal as it is visually striking.

“Pursuing perfection with passion,” experience this with Joshua Mason at Quoi Dining.
