In Sydney’s Inner West, Ayahuasca Restaurant channels the spirit of Peru, drawing on the Andes and the Amazon to deliver an immersive Latin American dining experience.

It's pitched as a journey rather than a pit stop, with bold, sun-bright flavours and comforting staples that turn a neighbourhood meal into something special.

The kitchen leads with freshness and flair - think Ceviche Ayahuasca or a classic version that balances citrus, heat and creamy sweet potato.

From the stove comes lomo saltado, that deeply savoury stir-fry served with golden chips and white rice, alongside arroz con mariscos, which folds seafood into peppers, coriander, onions and a flourish of Parmesan for richness.

To finish, chocolate de Mabel delivers a double-chocolate embrace, while volcan de lúcuma pairs the caramel notes of the Andean fruit with chocolate gelato and a nutty crumble. Refreshing beverages set the tone, with Inka Cola and chicha morada offering soft-drink nostalgia and spice.

Designed to spark the taste buds and linger in the memory, Ayahuasca invites diners to settle in and savour!
