A stylish Italian eatery on Woolloomooloo’s central William Street, Vizio reincarnates the warmth of Italian hospitality with plenty of style and sophistication.

Taking the main hallmarks of a European bistro, Vizio gives the familiar layout a modern makeover within their spacious dining room. At the epicentre of it all is their pristine bar, radiant with the sparkle of dozens of bottles, spotless glassware and a chorus of beautiful, modern lighting. Come evening, Vizio is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic supper with that someone special.

Ease into the evening with some delicate small plates that are designed to tickle the tastebuds without leaving you too full. The swordfish carpaccio is fresh and zesty with rocket and lemon chimichurri, the wagyu bresaola a tasty mouthful with 24-month Parmigiano and the burrata a creamy treat with avruga caviar.

For the main course, simple things are done to perfection. Slow cooked veal finds a home in a decadent white ragu whilst tagliolino is a treat with squid ink, and the Northern Territory barramundi is given the Italian treatment with fresh asparagus and salsa verde. Finally, be sure to ask any of the staff for a carefully chosen bottle of crushed grapes to compliment your meal. Vizio is that extra indulgence that we can’t get enough of.
