dinner

In the vibrant core of Sydney, Toei presents an avant-garde twist on traditional dining experiences. This dining spot combines Asian flavours with a modern twist, perfect for food enthusiasts eager for new tasting opportunities.

Its interior is a contemporary space with touches of Asian design, creating an intimate setting for a memorable dining experience. The ambient lighting adds a warm atmosphere to the sleek furnishings, where each dish is not only a feast for the eyes but also a thrill for the taste buds.

Kick off with small plates that make a big impact. Try the shio bread with nori butter, the tender Sydney rock oyster with white kimchi mignonette, or the smoked Pacific oyster elevated by a hint of coconut cream. Dive into the tuna with nori tart and dashi jelly for a perfect balance of sea and umami. The cured kingfish on a black sesame cracker combines beautifully with sudachi citrus ponzu.

For something playful yet elegant, the cod cream on a potato waffle shouldn't be missed, and the Korean beef tartare with puff pastry cleverly plays with texture and flavour. Don’t overlook the seared scallop, crowned with desert lime nahm jim and yuzu kosho cream, showcasing Toei's dedication to exquisite flavour combinations.

To enhance your dining experience, check out the drink options that complement the menu perfectly. Whether it’s a wine from the carefully selected list or a refreshing cocktail, you'll find the perfect drink to accompany your meal at Toei.

Leave feeling satisfied and inspired, already thinking about your next visit, as Toei offers an unforgettable Sydney encounter to all.
