Taco Paco Mexican Restaurant brings a splash of colour to Sydney CBD and the inner suburbs, a vibrant spot born from the friendship between renowned Japanese chef RK-San of RK SAN and a kindred spirit in culinary adventure. Their shared palate for bold flavours finds a home here, where fresh ingredients and inventive recipes are the house style, and every plate feels like an invitation to gather.

The cooking runs on cross-cultural verve: Japanese technique and Latin brightness in lively conversation. Think a tuna taco dressed with unagi sauce and yuzu guacamole, its wonton shell a crisp counterpoint, or ceviche of the day, sparked with Aji Amarillo and lime. Comfort finds a seat too, from slow-cooked pork ribs glossed in barbecue richness to Tasmanian salmon slipping into a fragrant Thai red curry. It is a menu that chases balance and brightness.

Settle in to the hum of good company, where sizzling fajitas and golden quesadillas deliver theatre to the table and nachos invite hands to meet in the middle. A dusting of cinnamon on classic churros signs off with a smile.

Gather your crew, follow your curiosity, and let Taco Paco do the talking. Book in, take a bite, and taco ’bout a good time.
