Housed in a beautifully restored 1912 heritage building, Pan Divino is a hidden gem tucked between Darlinghurst and Surry Hills in Sydney. With its sandstone brickwork, vintage charm and sunlit courtyard, it captures the warmth of Italian hospitality within an elegant, art-lined setting.

The menu celebrates honest Italian fare made with the finest seasonal produce. Starters begin with wood-fired focaccia served alongside smoked cherry tomato butter, setting the tone for a meal that delights the senses. From the antipasti selection, dishes such as seared wagyu carpaccio and the signature Divino charcuterie selection promise a taste of true craftsmanship.

The heart of the kitchen lies in its pastas and wood-fired mains. Highlights include the lasagna layered with rich duck and porcini ragu, and a selection of grilled favourites such as veal cutlet parmigiana and roasted porchetta with pine nut and caper purée. Each dish is prepared with care, embodying rustic elegance and soulful Italian tradition.

Pan Divino delivers charm, flavour and warmth in equal measure - a place where every meal feels like a celebration of good food and great company.
