The funky Mexican-inspired yet modern décor will set you in the mood for margaritas and tequila and thankfully, Flying Fajita Sistas is well-stocked with the stuff. Margaritas are made the traditional way and there’s a range of inspired tequila cocktails if salt and lemon isn’t your thing.
The food menu covers all your Mexican favourites, from burritos and tacos to pozole and choose-your-toppings nachos. The ‘small plates’ selection includes ceviche, guacamole and chips with salsa; ideal shared among friends and family. It’s all made with fresh, seasonal produce with a dash of imported spices you won’t often find outside of Mexico or America. The style encompasses the best of Mexican cuisine with nuances of European cooking.
