Hidden away inside the historical Old Rum Store on Kensington Street, Olio Ristorante effortlessly combines the elegance of traditional Italian cuisine with contemporary cooking techniques. With an interior instilled with artistic character, this peaceful retreat boasts a beautifully secluded outdoor rooftop area where guests can choose to soak up the sun. Whether enjoying lunch out in the open air or dinner in the architecturally designed dining room, this sophisticated getaway will have visitors enthralled by the cuisine of Head Chef Lino Sauro.

Exploring the very best regional recipes and produce, Olio Ristorante’s menu has been thoughtfully designed to shine a light on specific dishes from both Sicily and Italy using the creative techniques and methods being used in higher standard Italian hatted restaurants.

Those keeping an eye out for a memorable pasta dish should look no further than the Tonnarelli, squid ink pasta with blue swimmer crab and Bottarga, while seafood fans will be in heaven with the Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare, spaghetti with mixed seafood and prawn bisque.

Gracing every dish is the unique skill and passion of Lino and his team, who continuously push boundaries to make Olio Ristorante a dining destination for fine Italian cuisine in Sydney CBD's and Inner Suburbs Kensington Street precinct.
