Small plates of chicken wings, spiced cauliflower and plantain with pulled brisket are the perfect mood-setters for an unforgettable evening. Order in some tacos at the same time and make sure not to drop any of that deliciously spiced bean stew, achiote chicken or fried fish tucked inside.

As for larger plates, think enormous burritos and Mexican bowls with a whole host of hidden yums. And for something more delicate, you can't go wrong with some salmon or kingfish ceviche.
