What began as three lads (Nathan, Aaron and JD) looking for a decent craft beer is now Ze Pickle, a funky haven where you can swing by for quality bevs, unrivalled burgers and infectious tunes.

From day one, Ze Pickle was always going to make it big. It opened as the very first bar on the Gold Coast dedicated to craft beer and boy was it popular! And what do you do with peckish regulars? Bring out some burger goodness of course! The Noosa branch has a distinctly underground vibe. Think low ceilings, worn brickwork and exposed light bulbs that make for a downright cool and edgy spot. Bucket hats and tie-dye always welcome!

If it's a beef patty you're after, you're in luck. All their beef is 100% grass-fed and sourced from Condamine Valley which, in case you weren't aware, is the best in town. Take your pick (or 'pickle, should we say?) of the chee-ze with smoked bacon and onion rings or the smoked brisket number that dribbles down your hands in all its meaty, bbq-saucy, mac n' cheese-y glory! Now, the triple loco is only for the brave and features an immense (yep you guessed it), three patties with heaps of slaw, cheese and pulled pork; you also have a wealth of chicken and vegetarian burgers to choose from. We're getting full just talking about it!

Whatever you decide, make sure to save some room because it'd be a crying shame not to sample their immense crafties or jazzy cocktails. Their beers are continually rotated to keep things fresh and groovy, but there's one for every palate. And with cocktails like sour chewballz, gingerita and basic bish on offer, good times are only a sip away!
